Glen is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a member of the UK’s National Council for Hypnotherapy. She studied for nearly three years with the Surrey College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy graduating with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy along with Master Attainments in Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Rapid Cognitive Therapy & Emotional Intelligence Coaching / Meridian Energy Therapy.

Glen has also assisted British Airways with their staff smoking cessation programme.

Glen provides all Reiki, Hypnosis and
Meridian Energy Therapy treatments in the relaxing environment of her home clinic based in Knaphill, Woking, Surrey.

Glen is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in the use of Reiki as a complimentary healing therapy and in this capacity she is a registered member of the UK Reiki Federation.

Glen chose the business name, Believe in Yourself, because she feels this encapsulates a client’s powerful belief of knowing that they can overcome any negative blockages they may be harbouring, either physical, mental or spiritual and which can be cleared with the help of her powerful therapies.
